IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control - Level 2

Audience
The certification standards in our programme are based on the pressure control knowledge required by service Equipment Operators in their respective jobs. This includes (but not exclusively) to crews within:
- Intervention services
- Well-site services
- E-line/slick-line
- Coiled tubing teams
- Snubbing
- Well test crew members
- Cementing, Pumping and Stimulation service lines
- Production operations/supervisors
- Any affiliated well-head operating/maintaining members
- Well and Operations engineers
Candidates successful in Level 2 should be aiming to progress to Level 4 status.
Description
The WIPC course at Level 2 is the introductory programme which is designed for individuals below a supervisory level but people who are in critical well control positions during well intervention operations. This course will be delivered by one of our highly experienced instructors by means of interactive media slides, animations, group activities and classroom exercises.
The course comprises of 5 modules; however, only 3 are compulsory:

- Completion Equipment
- Completion Operations
Optional (min. 1 subject)
- Coiled Tubing Operations
- Snubbing Operations
- Wireline Operations
